WBN Meeting Etiquette

• Make sure your cell phone is turned off or placed in silent mode
• Meet and greet BEFORE and AFTER the meeting
• Introductions include your name and business name only (NO taglines, kudos, thanks, etc.)
• Avoid talking/whispering during the meeting, remind others as needed
• Only members may put material on the networking table
• Only speakers may put materials on the luncheon tables
• Announcements are for members only and are limited to :30 seconds, three times per year
