LoanRefine offers free Loan Modification or Short Sale consultations to homeowners that have suffered a financial hardship that has made their home mortgage unaffordable and are not eligible to refinance.
Hardships can include job loss, wage/hour reductions, loans that adjusted to higher payments, etc.
Modification candidates, unlike refinance candidates, do not need equity in their homes and can have past credit issues.
Clients have the option to pursue a modification, if they qualify, either on their own or by using LoanRefine. If a client chooses to use LoanRefine, other than a minimal processing fee of $495 due only when the application is full and complete and the company feels a viable case has been made to proceed, LoanRefine does not charge for the modification until the loan has been modified to the customer’s expectations and financial needs.
LoanRefine is the only company that has local offices in the communities we serve. We also are the only
local company that does not outsource any of the modification process. We process all files in-house
through our corporate office in Portland.
